Responsibility
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
- Develop and maintain accurate inventory reports, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and procurement teams to streamline inventory management processes.
- Lead and support continuous improvement projects, utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive operational excellence.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze inventory trends and performance metrics, presenting findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with IT teams to optimize inventory management systems and tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, etc.).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process optimization.
