Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and calibration of semiconductor and industrial equipment at client facilities across Bali.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely solutions to maintain production continuity.
- Collaborate with clients to understand equipment requirements and deliver tailored technical support.
- Generate detailed service reports, including diagnostics, repairs, and recommendations for future maintenance.
- Train client personnel on equipment operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies during all field operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved technical issues and track resolution progress.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in semiconductor or industrial equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment (e.g., CVD, PVD, etch, lithography).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of complex machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
