Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in compliance with international standards and local regulations.
- Develop and review M&E drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into project designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues related to HVAC, electrical wiring, fire protection, and other M&E components.
- Conduct quality inspections and performance tests to verify system functionality and compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and as-built drawings.
- Ensure all M&E works comply with Indonesian building codes, sustainability standards, and client specifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or infrastructure sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM software for design and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of international standards (IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE) and Indonesian regulations (PUIL, SNI).
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient M&E solutions (e.g., solar power, smart building systems).
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and work on a contract basis.
