Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
- Update inventory databases with new stock arrivals, transfers, and adjustments.
- Generate and distribute inventory reports to management and relevant departments.
- Assist in organizing warehouse space for optimal storage and easy retrieval of items.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data or stock levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic mathematical skills for calculating stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg (physical fitness is required).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
