Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital and manual systems.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity and quality.
  • Update inventory databases with new stock arrivals, transfers, and adjustments.
  • Generate and distribute inventory reports to management and relevant departments.
  • Assist in organizing warehouse space for optimal storage and easy retrieval of items.
  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety regulations in all warehouse activities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role (1-2 years preferred).
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data or stock levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating stock levels and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg (physical fitness is required).
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
