Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using digital tools and software.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures to minimize losses and optimize stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Utilize technology and software to track inventory and generate insights for decision-making.
- Support the team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or inventory management is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
