In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain accuracy, ensuring that our inventory systems are perfectly aligned with our physical stock levels.

As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a critical role in optimizing store performance by preventing stock discrepancies and streamlining the movement of goods. Responsibility

  • Monitor daily stock movement and update inventory records in the management system with 100% accuracy.
  • Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies against digital records.
  • Coordinate with procurement and floor staff to ensure timely replenishment of high-demand items.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly inventory reports for store management.
  • Oversee the receiving, labeling, and shelving of incoming goods to maintain organized storage areas.
  • Identify slow-moving stock or expired products and report findings to prevent waste.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse and retail safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma holder in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or retail operations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify numerical errors quickly.
  • Physical capability to handle stock items and stand for extended periods during stock takes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
