Responsibility
- Conduct thorough audits of inventory records, financial transactions, and operational data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Review and verify inventory counts, stock movements, and valuation methods to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and warehouse staff, to gather data and resolve audit-related issues.
- Monitor and evaluate internal controls related to inventory management to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in inventory auditing and financial compliance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on audit procedures, inventory management, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CIA, or CISA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in auditing, inventory management, or financial analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, inventory systems, and internal control frameworks.
- Proficiency in using audit software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
