Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using digital or manual tracking systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure alignment between physical inventory and system records.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to place orders and restock materials as needed.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and retrieval of materials.
- Prepare and process inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies, such as shortages or overstocks, with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg as required.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
