Responsibility
- Oversee daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and logistics performance.
- Resolve any issues related to inventory shortages, damages, or delays.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast inventory needs and prevent stockouts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
