Responsibility
- Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and minimizing stock discrepancies through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound logistics, including shipments, deliveries, and warehouse transfers.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to optimize space utilization, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor and report on inventory performance, including turnover rates, stock aging, and demand forecasting to support procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to align inventory levels with business needs and customer demand.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse and logistics activities.
- Utilize inventory management software and ERP systems to track stock movements, generate reports, and maintain data integrity.
- Resolve logistics-related issues promptly, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Knowledge of lean inventory principles, just-in-time (JIT) systems, and best practices in warehouse management is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
