Responsibility
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies by investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
- Generate detailed reports on inventory performance, variances, and KPIs for management review.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to track and manage inventory movements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or inventory optimization methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning, RFID, or other inventory tracking technologies is advantageous.
