Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities with international clients and partners.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the region.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Business Development Executive, or Account Manager in an international or B2B environment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market and cultural nuances is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and exhibitions.
