Responsibility
- Process and verify international customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and global trade regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve order discrepancies and expedite fulfillment.
- Maintain and update order management systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) with real-time data to ensure transparency and traceability.
- Monitor order statuses, proactively communicate delays or issues to stakeholders, and provide solutions to mitigate risks.
- Generate and distribute order confirmations, invoices, and shipping documentation in accordance with international standards.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and analytics to track order volumes, turnaround times, and performance metrics.
- Liaise with global customers and internal teams to clarify order specifications, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, trade compliance, and system enhancements to improve process efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in order entry, customer service, or administrative roles within a global or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs documentation is advantageous.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach and the ability to work independently or in a team.
