Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's international freight forwarding services in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients and vendors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of freight forwarding operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the logistics sector.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in international freight forwarding or logistics.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
