Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate new international market opportunities through comprehensive research and analysis of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and economic conditions.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enter and expand in target foreign markets, including market entry strategies, pricing models, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth and collaboration.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, partnerships, and deals that align with the companyâs global expansion objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of international projects, from initial concept to successful implementation.
- Monitor and report on the performance of international business initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent S&P Industries at international trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Stay abreast of global regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and cultural nuances to ensure all business activities adhere to local and international laws.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational company.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on international market opportunities, with a portfolio of closed deals or partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders across cultures.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, French) is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics, including economic, political, and cultural factors that influence business decisions.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable business strategies.
