Responsibility
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory management systems.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to improve processes.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to implement quality control measures and best practices.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor and track corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and standards to maintain accreditation.
- Assist in training staff on quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Participate in external audits and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance or laboratory auditing.
- Strong knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards and laboratory management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in audit documentation and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
