Responsibility
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation and integration of our products.
- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to clients and internal teams on product features and best practices.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in product testing and validation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical support or field engineering role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
