Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of critical infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize energy consumption, water usage, and waste management to support sustainability goals and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, safety, and IT) to ensure facility operations align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to utilities, machinery, and building systems in a timely manner.
- Manage external vendors and contractors for facility upgrades, repairs, and compliance-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001).
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment performance using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities engineering, maintenance management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building automation.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar) for maintenance planning and tracking.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, local Indonesian labor laws).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), LEED AP, or OSHA 30 are a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or Indonesia is highly desirable, with knowledge of local regulations and vendor networks.
