Responsibility
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules and budgets.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, documentation, and technical drawings as required.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and provide innovative solutions to construction challenges.
- Ensure all materials and equipment meet project requirements and are utilized efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to maintain strong communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction project management.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing conditions, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
