Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of internal control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify, assess, and document financial and operational risks, proposing effective mitigation strategies.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to align with best practices and evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate smooth audit processes and address findings.
- Monitor control effectiveness through regular testing and reporting, ensuring timely remediation of gaps.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on control deficiencies and improvement recommendations.
- Support the implementation of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to streamline control processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal control, risk management, or internal audit, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data analysis) and SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of COSO Framework or other internal control methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CIA, CPA, or CFA are a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory requirements (e.g., OJK, tax compliance) is advantageous.
