Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain the ICOFR framework in compliance with Indonesian GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify control gaps in financial reporting processes.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for financial controls and reporting.
- Perform internal audits and control testing to ensure adherence to policies and standards.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT teams to streamline reporting workflows and enhance data accuracy.
- Prepare management reports and presentations on control effectiveness and remediation plans.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes (e.g., OJK, PSAK) and align internal controls accordingly.
- Train and mentor staff on ICOFR principles and best practices for financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CIA, or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, internal controls, or audit (Big 4 experience preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of ICOFR, COSO, or SOX frameworks and Indonesian financial regulations.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in process improvement and control automation is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, or Denpasar).
