Responsibility
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, GAAP, and other financial standards.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize company performance.
- Manage audits, both internal and external, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks to safeguard company assets.
- Leverage SAP Business One or similar ERP systems to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing accounting teams.
- Proficiency in SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is highly advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a bonus.
