Responsibility
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, etc.) to understand their financial system needs and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate finance and accounting software solutions tailored to client requirements, highlighting ROI and efficiency gains.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets for financial system implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customization, and integration of financial software for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in finance departments, banks, and corporate clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging financial technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, contracts, and presentations to secure new business.
- Provide post-sales support and gather client feedback to refine product offerings and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in financial software, ERP, or SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting principles, and business processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Odoo) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
