Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full cycle of billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the accounts payable function, including vendor payments, expense reports, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure all records are accurately maintained and updated.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure the company remains compliant.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in managing billing, accounts payable, and financial oversight functions.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
