Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare and distribute monthly AR aging reports and financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and client inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all AR activities in the accounting system.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes for AR-related accounts.
- Generate and analyze AR reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting (internships count!).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with GAAP or IFRS standards is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site setup in Bali, Indonesia.
