Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, invoices, and expense reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to aid decision-making.
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and labor laws.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for operational improvements.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to relocate or already based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung).
