Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of auditors to conduct comprehensive industrial audits, ensuring adherence to national and international standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
- Develop, implement, and maintain audit plans, methodologies, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Oversee the certification process, including client assessments, documentation reviews, and compliance verification.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and improve operational processes.
- Ensure all audit activities align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Train and mentor audit staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends, regulations, and certification standards to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, ISO Lead Auditor) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in audit and certification, with a focus on the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of leading audit teams, managing complex projects, and delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of audit standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001) and regulatory frameworks relevant to industrial operations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, regulators, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in audit software/tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are an advantage.
