Responsibility
- Lead and manage all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Oversee tax planning, filings, and audits, ensuring adherence to Indonesian tax laws and optimizing fiscal efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to create budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies that support business growth.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparent and timely reporting.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in property development, real estate, or construction accounting is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS, with experience in financial reporting and audits.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
