Responsibility
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments and client invoicing.
- Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business optimization.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring full compliance for all financial activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations (Philippines/Indonesia experience preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or Filipino languages is a bonus.
