Responsibility
- Conduct internal audits of civil engineering projects to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and assess risks, control gaps, and inefficiencies in project execution and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement audit recommendations and improve processes.
- Monitor and track the progress of audit findings to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Assist in developing and updating internal audit procedures, checklists, and methodologies for civil engineering projects.
- Conduct site inspections and document reviews to verify adherence to technical specifications and safety protocols.
- Support the continuous improvement of project governance, risk management, and control frameworks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, or PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in internal auditing, project management, or civil engineering, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of audit principles, risk assessment, and control frameworks (e.g., COSO, ISO 19011).
- Proficiency in audit tools, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is required.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
