Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of interns, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Coordinate daily tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
- Act as a liaison between interns and senior management, facilitating clear communication and feedback.
- Organize and conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Monitor team progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new interns, ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of team strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
- Previous leadership experience, such as leading a student organization or team project, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.
