Responsibility
- Assist the R&D team in formulating and developing new product concepts and improving existing recipes.
- Perform laboratory analysis, sensory evaluation, and quality testing on prototypes.
- Document technical procedures, formulation changes, and experimental results accurately.
- Coordinate and participate in factory production trials to ensure scalability and process consistency.
- Prepare raw materials and maintain laboratory inventory levels for ongoing projects.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data from shelf-life and stability studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Quality Assurance, to support project timelines.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and laboratory best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain precise documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
