Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to align project goals and expectations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and workmanship quality.
- Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors while optimizing costs.
- Resolve on-site challenges promptly, including design adjustments, delays, or resource constraints.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for on-site teams and vendors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Site Supervisor in residential or commercial renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello) and budget tracking.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction regulations and supplier networks is a plus.
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across project sites in Bali.
