Responsibility
- Develop detailed CAD drawings, floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for interior design projects.
- Collaborate with senior designers and architects to refine design concepts and ensure technical accuracy.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with project aesthetics and budgets.
- Prepare and revise construction documents, including shop drawings and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and verify design feasibility.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and sustainable design practices.
- Assist in presenting design proposals to clients through mood boards, sketches, and digital presentations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in interior design drafting, preferably in a boutique studio or high-end residential/commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of space planning, building codes, and construction methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce precise, error-free technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and technical drafting abilities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s design landscape and local suppliers is a plus.
