Responsibility
- Develop concept-to-completion interior designs for F&B establishments, including restaurants, bars, and cafés, aligning with brand identity and functional needs.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution from planning to installation.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and mood boards to present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting that balance aesthetics, durability, and budget constraints.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards for F&B spaces.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges.
- Stay updated on emerging F&B design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative space-saving solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years specializing in F&B projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and 3D modeling software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed F&B interior design projects with a focus on creativity and functionality.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience with eco-friendly materials.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction and design industry is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving client requirements.
