Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed BIM models using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure BIM models accurately reflect project requirements and specifications.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and mitigate potential conflicts in the design and construction phases.
- Generate and manage construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM models.
- Support project coordination by providing BIM-related insights and solutions to enhance project efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss BIM-related progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM tools and workflows as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BIM Modeler or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing BIM projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design, and engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information clearly.
- Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols, such as ISO 19650, is a plus.
- Experience working on international or large-scale construction projects is advantageous.
