Responsibility
- Develop detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to refine project specifications and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and revise construction documents, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- Create 3D models and renderings to visualize design concepts for client presentations.
- Review and verify drawings for compliance with local building codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to address technical queries and provide clarifications.
- Maintain organized digital archives of project drawings and documentation for future reference.
- Stay updated with industry trends in drafting technologies and sustainable design practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting Technology.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman/Drafter in architectural or interior design firms.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes (Indonesian standards a plus).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex design briefs.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio showcasing technical drawings and design projects is required.
