Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand goals and market trends.
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design projects.
- Design and develop innovative concepts for marketing materials, digital content, and brand collateral.
- Manage brand consistency across all visual touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and impactful brand messaging.
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
- Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative leadership or senior design role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects and brand management experience.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of brand development and marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
