Responsibility
- Develop innovative interior design concepts and detailed drafts for residential and commercial projects.
- Create accurate technical drawings, 3D renderings, and floor plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, and furnishings that meet aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces, take measurements, and oversee the implementation of design plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable design practices, and local building codes.
- Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback to refine final deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in interior design and drafting, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, lighting, and material selection.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design principles is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
