Responsibility
- Lead the conceptual design, schematic development, and detailed technical documentation for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee project coordination from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and ensure compliance with local building codes.
- Develop sustainable and culturally sensitive designs that align with Bali’s environmental and architectural heritage.
- Prepare and present design proposals, 3D renderings, and construction drawings to stakeholders for approval.
- Manage BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software to optimize design efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior architects and draftsmen, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensed architect preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects in residential or commercial sectors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with BIM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to interpret client needs and translate them into innovative, feasible design solutions.
- Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Willingness to relocate or travel to project sites in Bali as required.
