If you’re a detail-oriented professional with a passion for architecture and a knack for project coordination, this role offers the perfect blend of creative challenge, career growth, and tropical work-life balance.

- Liaise with local authorities and clients to secure permits, approvals, and sign-offs for architectural deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to sustainability and safety standards in all construction phases.
- Resolve design conflicts and propose practical solutions without compromising aesthetic or structural integrity.
- Support cost estimation and material procurement to optimize project efficiency.
