Responsibility
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to uncover deep insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
- Develop service blueprints, customer journey maps, and personas to visualize and communicate research findings.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to translate research into actionable design strategies.
- Lead co-creation workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to ensure user-centricity in service design.
- Design and prototype service experiences (digital and physical touchpoints) using tools like Figma, Miro, or Adobe XD.
- Measure and iterate on service performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics (e.g., NPS, task success rates).
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in all design solutions, ensuring compliance with WCAG and local standards.
- Stay ahead of emerging UX and service design trends, sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX research and service design, preferably in a consultancy or digital transformation environment.
- Proven expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., ethnographic studies, A/B testing, analytics).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Miro, Optimal Workshop) and collaboration platforms (Notion, Confluence).
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills to present insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile/lean methodologies and working in cross-functional, remote teams.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar) is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
