Responsibility
- Develop precise technical drawings, layouts, and shop drawings based on design concepts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
- Create detailed specifications for materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Review and approve design plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.
- Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) to produce high-quality drawings and renderings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of technical drawings.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
