Responsibility
- Consult with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget for landed houses, HDB flats, condominiums, and commercial projects.
- Develop and present customized interior design proposals, including space layouts, color schemes, and material selections.
- Provide expert advice on furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for clients, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to offer cutting-edge solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, after-sales service, and referrals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in interior design sales, preferably in HDB flats, condominiums, or commercial projects.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building a loyal client base.
- Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, and material specifications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with local suppliers, contractors, and industry standards in Bali or Singapore is advantageous.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
