Responsibility
- Develop and execute creative design concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, developers, and project managers, to deliver cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Create visual assets such as graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge and innovative work.
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.
- Conduct research and gather inspiration to inform design decisions and maintain a fresh and unique creative perspective.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms and devices, maintaining consistency and usability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
