Responsibility
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals.
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve complex design problems with creative and innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
