Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design process for high-end residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring alignment with client vision, budget, and regulatory standards.
- Spearhead concept development, schematic design, and construction documentation with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and local cultural integration.
- Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team of junior architects, designers, and draftsmen, fostering professional growth and design excellence.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project feasibility.
- Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to assess environmental, zoning, and structural constraints, proposing adaptive solutions.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders using 3D renderings, BIM models, and compelling visual narratives.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, green building certifications (e.g., Green Mark, LEED), and international design standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensed architect (preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of post-qualification experience in architectural design, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Proven portfolio of completed residential and commercial projects, preferably in tropical or high-end markets.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and BIM software (e.g., ArchiCAD).
- Strong knowledge of sustainable design principles, local building materials, and climate-responsive architecture.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client management skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines and evolving project scopes.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations, permitting processes, and vendor networks.
