Responsibility
- Develop and execute brand-aligned visual concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Create and refine UI/UX design elements for websites, apps, and other digital interfaces.
- Produce high-quality photo editing, illustrations, and motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to achieve final approval.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library for easy retrieval and reuse.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to interpret and implement feedback constructively while maintaining creative integrity.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for visual content and web optimization.
