Responsibility
- Develop innovative graphic concepts for motorsport vehicles, including liveries, decals, and branding elements that align with client and company visions.
- Design high-impact marketing materials (digital and print) such as brochures, social media assets, banners, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to ensure designs meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
- Create 3D mockups and renderings of vehicle designs using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, or Cinema 4D).
- Stay ahead of motorsport and automotive design trends, incorporating fresh ideas into projects to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage multiple projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Produce motion graphics and animations for video content, including race highlights, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Conduct color and material research to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of designs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing motorsport, automotive, or high-performance branding projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, Maya, or SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, and color theory with a focus on dynamic, high-energy designs.
- Experience with vehicle wrap design and large-format printing techniques is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to articulate design concepts and incorporate feedback.
- Passion for motorsports, automotive culture, or mechanical design with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
