Responsibility
- Develop and enforce architectural design standards for all store development projects, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of commercial and retail spaces from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to integrate functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability best practices.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve design challenges, and verify adherence to plans.
- Present design proposals to senior management and clients, incorporating feedback to refine concepts.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in commercial architecture and retail design to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensed architect (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or retail architecture, with a portfolio showcasing completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite; BIM experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction methodologies in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with financial or corporate clients is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
